• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 hours up to 2 business days. Orders placed outside of business hours may be processed on the next business day.
• Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Domestic (UAE) Orders
• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4 hours to 1 business day.
• Shipping Cost: A flat fee of 40 AED applies.
International Orders
• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 days.
• Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
3. Order Tracking & Delivery Updates
• Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
• Delivery Updates: Carrier tracking updates may be available from as early as 2 hours up to 48 hours after shipment.
4. Shipping Restrictions
• Address Accuracy: Please ensure you provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address details.
